These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and CoreIntern Technologies Private Limited ("CoreIntern", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website https://www.coreintern.com, together with any related features, tools, and services offered by CoreIntern (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

You agree that by accessing the Platform and/or creating an account, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Platform from time to time, including our Privacy Notice, are hereby expressly incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time, as set out in Section 21 (Modification of these Terms) below.

1. Acceptance of terms

1.1By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy available at https://coreintern.com/privacy("Privacy Policy"), and all other rules, guidelines, and policies referenced herein or displayed on the Platform, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1.2If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.3If you are accessing or using the Platform on behalf of a college placement office, company, or other organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organisation to these Terms, and "you" shall be construed accordingly.

1.4These Terms apply to all categories of Users, including visitors, registered Candidates, and Employers, except where a Section is expressly stated to apply only to a specific category of User.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

"Aggregated Listing(s)" means any internship or job posting displayed on the Platform that originates from a Third-Party Platform or from a direct submission by an Employer;
"AI Products" means the artificial-intelligence-enabled features of the Platform, including resume parsing and autofill, ATS scoring and feedback, and resume generation;
"Applicable Law" means the Constitution of India and all applicable central and state statutes, rules, regulations, and orders in force in India from time to time, including without limitation the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2025, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996;
"Candidate" means an individual User, typically a student or early-career professional, who creates a profile on the Platform to search for, apply to, or track internship and job opportunities;
"Employer" means any individual, company, or organisation (or authorised representative thereof) that registers on or submits opportunities to the Platform for the purpose of recruiting Candidates;
"Services" means, collectively, the internship aggregation and matching feature, the AI-enabled resume tools, the application-tracking dashboard, the curated learning resources, the community and feedback features, and any other functionality CoreIntern may make available through the Platform from time to time;
"Third-Party Platform(s)" means external job and internship portals not owned or operated by CoreIntern, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Internshala, and Unstop, from which CoreIntern aggregates publicly available internship and job listings; and
"User Content" means any resume, profile information, application data, feedback, review, community post, or other content that a User uploads, submits, or generates through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

3.1You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register for or use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

3.2The Platform is not directed at, and CoreIntern does not knowingly permit registration by, individuals under 18 years of age. If CoreIntern becomes aware that a User is under 18, it reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the relevant account and delete associated data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

3.3You further represent that you are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law, and that your use of the Platform will not violate any law or regulation applicable to you.

3.4You further represent that you are of sound mind and are not otherwise disqualified from contracting under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or any other applicable law.

4. Nature and description of the Platform

4.1CoreIntern is a discovery, preparation, and productivity platform for Indian tech students seeking software engineering and technology internships. It is not a placement agency, staffing firm, employment exchange, or recruitment consultancy, and it does not itself employ, engage, or place any Candidate with any Employer.

4.2The Services currently comprise: (i) aggregation of internship listings sourced from Third-Party Platforms and direct Employer submissions into a single, filterable feed; (ii) AI-assisted resume generation, parsing, and ATS feedback tools; (iii) an application-tracking dashboard for Candidates to record and monitor the status of their applications; (iv) curated learning paths and links to third-party courses and resources; and (v) community, feedback, and support features.

4.3CoreIntern does not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in an interview, internship offer, employment, or any particular outcome. Outcomes depend on factors entirely outside CoreIntern's control, including the decisions of Employers and Third-Party Platforms.

5. Account registration and security

5.1To access most Services, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your name and email address, either directly or via a supported social login provider (such as Google). You agree to promptly update such information to keep it accurate.

5.2You may maintain only one Candidate account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify CoreIntern immediately at mail@coreintern.com of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

5.3CoreIntern is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section 5.

6. Aggregated Listings and Third-Party Platforms

6.1A core feature of the Platform is the compilation of Aggregated Listings from Third-Party Platforms into a single feed for the convenience of Candidates. CoreIntern does not create, control, verify, or endorse any Aggregated Listing, and does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, currency, or continued availability. Details such as stipend, duration, eligibility criteria, and role description are set by the originating Employer or Third-Party Platform and may change or be removed without notice.

6.2Where an Aggregated Listing originates from a Third-Party Platform, applying to that listing may redirect you to the Third-Party Platform, and your use of that Third-Party Platform, including any account you create there, will be governed by that Third-Party Platform's own terms of use and privacy policy, over which CoreIntern has no control and for which it accepts no responsibility.

6.3CoreIntern is not a party to, and assumes no liability arising from, any internship, employment, or other relationship formed between a Candidate and an Employer, whether such relationship arises through an Aggregated Listing or otherwise. CoreIntern does not verify the bona fides of any Employer or Third-Party Platform and strongly recommends that Candidates independently verify the legitimacy of any opportunity before sharing personal information, making any payment, or accepting any offer. CoreIntern shall never ask a Candidate to pay a fee to apply for, or be selected for, an internship listed on the Platform, and any such demand should be reported immediately to mail@coreintern.com.

6.4CoreIntern respects the intellectual property rights of Third-Party Platforms and displays Aggregated Listings solely as a discovery aid. If a Third-Party Platform or Employer objects to the display of any Aggregated Listing, CoreIntern will remove it promptly upon receiving a written request at mail@coreintern.com.

6.5CoreIntern is not a party to, and disclaims all liability in connection with, any agreement, communication, dispute, or transaction between a Candidate and an Employer or Third-Party Platform, including in relation to non-payment of stipend, non-issuance of an offer letter, or non-issuance of a completion certificate.

7. AI-powered resume and career tools

7.1The AI Products use machine-learning models, including those operated by third-party AI service providers, to parse uploaded resumes, generate ATS scores and suggestions, and draft resume content based on information you provide.

7.2To provide these features, CoreIntern shares the relevant portions of your resume and profile data with its third-party AI service providers strictly for the purpose of generating the output you request, as further described in the Privacy Policy.

7.3AI-generated content, scores, and suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances and do not constitute career, legal, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any AI-generated content before relying on it or submitting it to any Employer or Third-Party Platform, and CoreIntern is not liable for any consequence of an inaccurate or unverified submission.

7.4You must not use the AI Products to generate content that is false, plagiarised, defamatory, or misleading, and must not misuse the AI Products in any manner that violates the applicable terms of CoreIntern's third-party AI service providers.

7.5CoreIntern does not guarantee that use of the AI Products will result in a resume passing any particular Applicant Tracking System, or in securing any interview or offer.

7.6CoreIntern does not warrant that any ATS score or AI-generated feedback reflects how a particular Employer's applicant tracking system or human recruiter will actually evaluate your resume.

8. Learning resources

8.1The Platform curates and links to third-party courses, articles, and learning materials to help Candidates close skill gaps. CoreIntern does not create, control, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of such third-party content, and inclusion of any resource does not constitute an endorsement.

8.2Your access to and use of any third-party course or resource linked from the Platform is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third-party provider.

9. Employer and recruiter postings

9.1Employers who wish to post internship or job opportunities directly on the Platform may do so by contacting hire@coreintern.com and agreeing to any additional commercial terms CoreIntern may specify.

9.2Every Employer represents and warrants that:

it is authorised to post the relevant opportunity on behalf of the organisation named in the listing;
the opportunity, and all information provided about it, including stipend and duration, is genuine, lawful, and accurate;
no fee will be charged to any Candidate, directly or indirectly, in connection with the opportunity; and
the listing does not discriminate on any ground prohibited by applicable law; and
it will comply with all applicable law governing the engagement of interns or employees, including, where applicable, the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

9.3CoreIntern reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to refuse, edit, suspend, or remove any Employer listing, and to suspend or terminate an Employer's access to the Platform, for any breach of this Section 9 or these Terms. Any Employer breaching this Section 9 shall indemnify CoreIntern against all resulting claims, losses, and liabilities in accordance with Section 17.

9.4CoreIntern does not act as a placement agency, staffing agency, or recruitment consultancy, and does not guarantee that any listing will result in a successful hire, or that any Candidate profile shared through the Platform will meet an Employer's requirements.

10. Acceptable use policy

You agree that, in using the Platform, you shall not and shall not permit or assist any third party to:

provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, resume, application, or any Aggregated Listing;
use any automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access, copy, or extract data from the Platform, or attempt to circumvent any security or access-control measure;
reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or its AI Products;
impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
upload or transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform;
use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised commercial purpose, including unsolicited advertising or spamming other Users;
post, in the Community or Feedback features, any content that is obscene, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or infringing of any third party's rights; or
violate any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder; or
upload, post, or transmit any User Content that is defamatory, obscene, paedophilic, invasive of another person's privacy, harassing on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relates to money laundering or gambling, or is otherwise unlawful under Rule 3(1)(b) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

CoreIntern reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section 10 and to take any action described in Section 18.

11. User Content and community guidelines

11.1You retain ownership of the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant CoreIntern a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, reproduce, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Services, including sharing your resume content with AI service providers as described in Section 7 and the Privacy Policy.

11.2You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content. CoreIntern may, but is under no obligation to, monitor, review, or remove User Content, including community posts, that it believes in good faith violates these Terms or applicable law.

11.3Any User who believes that content on the Platform infringes their rights or violates applicable law may report it to the Grievance Officer identified in Section 19.

11.4You represent and warrant that you own, or have the necessary rights and permissions to, the User Content you submit, and that such User Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

12. Intellectual property rights

12.1The Platform, including its design, layout, "CoreIntern" name and logo, software, resume templates, and all content created by CoreIntern (excluding Aggregated Listings and other third-party content), is the exclusive property of CoreIntern or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CoreIntern grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use.

12.3You must not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform, or use CoreIntern's name, logo, or trademarks, without CoreIntern's prior written consent.

12.4All trademarks, service marks, and logos of third parties, including any Employer or Third-Party Platform, that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any affiliation with, or endorsement by, such third party unless expressly stated.

13. Fees, payments and premium features

13.1The core Services are currently offered to Candidates free of charge.

13.2CoreIntern reserves the right to introduce paid or premium features at any time. Where it does so, the applicable fees, billing terms, and any additional terms will be presented to you before you make a purchase, and your payment will constitute acceptance of those additional terms.

13.3Except as expressly stated at the time of purchase or as required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.

14. Third-party links and services

The Platform may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services, including Third-Party Platforms, social login providers, and course or resource providers, that are not owned or controlled by CoreIntern. CoreIntern is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any such third party, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

CoreIntern additionally uses Google Analytics for usage analytics and Google AdSense to display advertising on the Platform, as described in the Privacy Policy. CoreIntern does not endorse, and is not responsible for, the content or offerings of any advertisement displayed on the Platform, and any interaction with an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.

15. Disclaimers

15.1The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

15.2CoreIntern makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or genuineness of any Aggregated Listing, Employer, User Content, or AI-generated output, and does not warrant that use of the Platform will result in any internship offer, employment, or other outcome.

15.3Nothing in this Section 15 shall exclude or limit any warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law.

16. Limitation of liability

16.1To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreIntern, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

16.2CoreIntern's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to CoreIntern in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16.3Nothing in this Section 16 limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable Indian law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CoreIntern and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your User Content or any Aggregated Listing you submit as an Employer; (c) your violation of any applicable law or any third party's rights, including any Third-Party Platform's terms of use; or (d) any dispute between you and any other User, Employer, or Third-Party Platform.

18. Term, suspension and termination

18.1These Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Platform.

18.2You may stop using the Platform, or delete your account, at any time through your account settings or by contacting mail@coreintern.com.

18.3CoreIntern may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if required to do so by law, and may do so without liability to you.

18.4Sections 6, 7, 11, 12, 13.3, 15, 16, 17, 19, 20, and 22 shall survive any termination of these Terms.

19. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, the details of the Grievance Officer are set out below. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and endeavour to resolve them within fifteen (15) days of receipt.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

20.1These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

20.2The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms amicably through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days. If such a dispute is not resolved within this period, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by consent of both the parties.

20.3The legal seat, venue, and place of the arbitration proceedings shall exclusively be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. All arbitration proceedings, including all documentary submissions, oral hearings, and the final arbitral award, shall be conducted exclusively in the English language.

20.4Subject to Section 20.2, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.

20.5Nothing in this Section 20 shall prevent either party from seeking interim or urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, including under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

21. Modification of these Terms

CoreIntern may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where a change is material, CoreIntern will provide at least seven (7) days' notice prior to the revised Terms taking effect, by email or an in-Platform notice. Your continued use of the Platform after a revised version takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. General provisions

22.1Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoreIntern regarding the Platform and supersede any prior agreement on the subject.

22.2Severability — If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

22.3No Waiver— CoreIntern's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other provision.

22.4Assignment— You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without CoreIntern's prior written consent. CoreIntern may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, without your consent.

22.5Relationship of Parties — Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and CoreIntern, or between CoreIntern and any Employer or Third-Party Platform.

22.6Force Majeure — CoreIntern shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. For the avoidance of doubt, such causes include natural disasters, pandemics, war, governmental action, internet or telecommunications failures, and the failure of any Third-Party Platform or service provider relied upon by CoreIntern.

22.7Notices — Any notice to CoreIntern under these Terms shall be in writing and sent to mail@coreintern.com or the registered office address set out below. Any notice to you under these Terms shall be deemed duly given upon CoreIntern sending it to the email address associated with your account, or by posting it on the Platform.
